Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use approved, low-toxicity products and safe application methods. Technicians instruct you when it’s safe to re-enter treated areas.
What is the difference between pre- and post-construction termite treatment?
Pre-construction treatment is done before laying the foundation (treating soil to prevent termites). Post-construction is for existing buildings (applying termiticides around the structure). Both use similar termiticides but at different times.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency pest problem?
Very fast – we offer emergency service, often same-day or next-day. If pests suddenly appear (termites swarming, mice infestation), just call our 24/7 line and we’ll dispatch a team as soon as possible.
How can I prevent future pest problems?
